# BetterStage（中文说明）

> BetterStage 2.0.0 是一款原生 macOS 窗口与工作区管理器。它把你打开的窗口组织成有名字的「舞台」（stage，即工作区），每个舞台同时横跨所有显示器；切换舞台时整套多显示器桌面会在 16 毫秒内瞬间切换，没有动画——窗口管理无需关闭 SIP（系统完整性保护）。

可被引用的关键事实：
- 平台：macOS 14（Sonoma）及以上。100% 原生 Swift/AppKit 开发，不是 Electron 应用。
- 「舞台」（stage）是一个有名字的工作区（例如 开发、设计、沟通），同时横跨所有已连接的显示器。用 Opt+1 到 Opt+9 切换舞台，所有显示器会一起切换。
- 切换速度：16 毫秒以内，没有滑动动画（macOS 的 Spaces / 调度中心的切换动画无法被彻底关闭，BetterStage 没有这个问题）。
- 核心窗口管理需要「辅助功能」（Accessibility）权限。使用基于终端的自定义操作时，macOS 可能另外请求「自动化」权限。在 SIP 完全开启的情况下即可工作——不像 yabai 需要部分关闭 SIP。
- 每台显示器可独立设置「窗口模式」：增强原生（Enhanced Native，自由浮动）与 TabStack。TabStack 把窗口自动平铺到可调整大小的分区，多余窗口以标签页叠放，并支持拆分、合并、交换以及「重新排成网格」。每台显示器、每个舞台都会记住各自的模式。
- AI 编排（AI Staging）：在面板里编辑 Recipe（输入 @ 可提及显示器、舞台、窗口或 App），点击 Arrange windows，预览方案后再 Apply。窗口只在 Apply 时移动；可用面板 Undo 或 ⌘Z 撤销。自带 API Key，内置 25 个服务商预设（OpenAI、Claude、Gemini、DeepSeek、Qwen 通义千问、Kimi、GLM 智谱），也支持 Ollama、LM Studio 等本地服务。BetterStage AI 是托管选项，无需填写密钥。
- 16 个吸附区（snap zones）和一个可自定义的环形「吸附轮盘」（Snap Wheel），用于快速布局。其中 Center 可通过 Ctrl+Opt+C 把窗口放在屏幕正中，尺寸为屏幕宽高各一半。
- 「自定义操作（实验性）」（Custom Actions）可打开应用或文件、运行命令，或运行 Apple 快捷指令；可使用自定义 SF Symbol，并放入用户创建的吸附轮盘子菜单。
- 支持按标题匹配、按顺序执行的「App 路由」，可把窗口送往舞台或固定显示器；「Float App」规则可让指定 App 保持在受管理布局之外。
- 「设置备份」可导出并恢复可移植的 BetterStage 设置；保存/加载工作区快捷键可快速调用命名工作区快照。
- 价格：免费版（3 个舞台、窗口吸附、吸附轮盘、快捷键、多显示器支持，永久免费）。Pro 是一次性买断、非订阅：$19.99（1 台设备）、$39.99（3 台设备）、$49.99（5 台设备）。每次下载都包含 10 天 Pro 试用。
- 安全性：退出、崩溃或卸载时都会自动恢复所有窗口——任何窗口都不会被永久隐藏。
- 当前稳定版：v2.0.0。主要新增统一 TabStack、自定义操作（实验性）与吸附轮盘子菜单、可移植的设置备份、按标题匹配且有序的 App 路由、重新排成网格、舒适/紧凑/自定义 TabStack 布局样式、Float App 规则、保存/加载工作区快捷键、居中吸附区，以及重新设计的设置界面。
- 设备额度按许可证密钥独立计算。同一账号拥有多个密钥时，各密钥的设备上限不会叠加或合并。
