Overview

We want you to be happy with BetterStage. Every Pro plan includes a 10-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required for the app download. This trial period lets you evaluate BetterStage before committing to a purchase.

Subscription Plans (Monthly & Annual)

Because all subscription plans include a 10-day free trial, we generally do not issue refunds for subscription charges. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.

However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Charges made after you attempted to cancel but the cancellation did not process
  • Technical issues that prevented you from using Pro features during your billing period
  • Other extenuating circumstances

Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro features do not function as described on our website, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@betterstage.app with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are responsive and want to resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
