We want you to be happy with BetterStage. Every Pro plan includes a 10-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required for the app download. This trial period lets you evaluate BetterStage before committing to a purchase.
Lifetime Purchases
Every Pro tier (Pro · 1 Device, Pro · 3 Devices, Pro · 5 Devices) includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro features do not function as described on our website, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
Billing Questions
If you have a billing issue, accidental duplicate charge, or a technical problem that prevented Pro from working as described, contact us and we'll review it promptly. You can manage your license from your dashboard or reach us directly by email.
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Charges made after you attempted to cancel but the cancellation did not process
- Technical issues that prevented you from using Pro features during your billing period
- Other extenuating circumstances
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@betterstage.app with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are responsive and want to resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
