How to create an App Routing rule

Steps

1. 1

   Open Settings → App Routing (Pro) and click Add Routing Rule.

   Match by Application, Window title, or both. Example: Slack → destination stage Comms.

3. 3

   Set Destination Display to Any staged display or a Pinned Display. Drag rules to reorder — first match wins. Pause a rule with Enable.

   Follow when routed by a rule lives in Settings → Stages, not in the rule editor.
