How to back up and restore settings

Steps

Open Settings → General → Advanced → Settings Backup and click Export… to save a JSON file.

On the other Mac, click Import…, choose the file, confirm Import, then quit and reopen BetterStage.

Backups include shortcuts, rules, recipes, and custom TabStack layouts. Stages, windows, licenses, API keys, displays, Saved Workspaces, and Custom Action files stay on each Mac. Reassign Snap Wheel Custom Action slots after import.
