How to load a Workspace

Steps

Choose Load Workspace… from the menu bar or Snap Wheel, or open Settings → Workspaces → Manage Workspaces.

Select a workspace and review the preview, including each display’s saved Window Mode. Optionally enable Open missing apps for this load.

Clean Load optionally quits apps and removes Stages outside this Workspace first. Apps are never force-quit; if an app stays open, loading stops. Clean Load resets after each use.

Click Load Workspace. If a display is missing, reconnect it or choose a connected destination and create Stages or Merge its windows. Matching saved layouts take priority; Merge is available if creating Stages would exceed the limit. You can also cancel.

For direct access, assign a keyboard shortcut to this Saved Workspace. Single keys are allowed; modifiers are optional.
Try it yourself
