How to create a Custom Action

Steps

1. 1

   Open Settings → Snap Wheel → Custom Actions (Experimental)… and click New Action. Or pick a wheel slot, open the Action picker, and choose New Custom Action.

   Choose a type: Open Application, Open File, Run Command, or Run Shortcut (use the exact Shortcuts app name).

   For Run Command only, BetterStage asks for trust on first run (or every run if you choose that). Optionally show a Terminal window, then Save or Save & Test.

   Assign the action to an inner-ring, outer-ring, or More Actions slot. To group several actions, create an outer-ring submenu next.
