How to put Custom Actions in a Snap Wheel submenu

Steps

   Create the Custom Actions first.

   Open Settings → Snap Wheel → Wheel items, click an outer-ring slice, open Action, and choose Create Submenu. Name it.

   In the submenu inspector, add actions from My Actions or built-ins and set an icon. Custom submenus only exist on the outer ring.

   Open the Snap Wheel, hover the submenu, and pick an action.
