How to rename a stage
Method
Stages Bar name

Open the Stages Bar (Opt+Up, or move the pointer to the top-center of the screen).

Click the stage name at the bottom of that stage’s card.

Type the new name and press Enter.

Open the Stages Bar.

Right-click the stage card itself — the card with the stage name and app icons, not the empty bar around it.

Choose Rename.

Click the BetterStage icon in the menu bar.

Choose Rename Stage… to rename the stage you are on now.
