How to turn on the BetterStage ⌘Tab Switcher

Steps

Open Settings → ⌘Tab Switcher. (New installs can also choose Use BetterStage ⌘Tab during onboarding.)

Turn on Use BetterStage ⌘Tab. It is off by default and needs Pro, the 7-day trial, or a daily Pro preview.

Hold ⌘ and press Tab. Windows appear grouped by Stage in Stages Bar order, with the current Stage marked; release ⌘ to switch.
Picking a window on another Stage switches to that Stage and brings up that exact window, even a hidden TabStack tab or a minimized window.
Try it yourself
BetterStage is free for up to three stages. TabStack, Saved Workspaces, AI Staging, layout presets, and pinned displays are Pro. Eligible Macs can start a 7-day Pro trial; previous trials do not reset. Managed AI credits are separate.
