How to switch stages

Stages Bar

    Open the Stages Bar and click any stage card.

    Press Opt+1–9 to jump to a numbered stage (European layout: Ctrl+Opt+1–9).

    Press Opt+Left or Opt+Right to move to the previous or next stage.

    Press Opt+Tab to preview and switch, or Opt+Shift+Tab to go backward.

    Turn on Option Scroll in Settings → Stages if it is off.

  2. 2

    Hold Option and scroll.

    Pick a numbered stage from the BetterStage menu bar list.
