How to switch stages

Press Opt+1–9 to jump to a numbered stage (European layout: Ctrl+Opt+1–9).

Press Opt+Tab to preview and switch, or Opt+Shift+Tab to go backward.

Press Opt+Left / Opt+Right for previous and next.

Turn on Option Scroll in Settings → Stages if it is off.

Hold Option and scroll.

Click a stage card on the Stages Bar, or pick a numbered stage from the BetterStage menu bar list.
