How to adjust TabStack Split and Swap drop zones

Steps

Open Settings → Window Modes and find the TabStack drop-zone settings.

Adjust Split drop zone size from 0–40% and use the live preview to see the edge zones. Set it to 0% to disable Split.

Use Enable Swap drop zone to turn the regular Swap target on or off independently. Holding Option while dragging still lets you swap.

Drag a tab to try the new zones. Drop on another pane’s tab bar to join that pane instead.
