Menu bar

On the target monitor, choose TabStack… from the menu bar.

Pick Split View, Focus + Stack, or Four Corners. Cancel leaves the monitor on macOS Native.

Open Snap Wheel → Window Modes → TabStack.

Pick a layout.

Press Opt+B until TabStack is offered.

Pick a layout. Cancel leaves the monitor on macOS Native.
If Settings → Window Modes → Use default layout automatically is on, the menu says TabStack (no ellipsis) and the chooser is skipped.
