In TabStack, press Cmd+Opt+Shift+I / J / K / L to move the focused window to the neighboring pane.

Snap Wheel

Open the Snap Wheel inner ring.

In TabStack those slots move to the neighboring pane (labels still look like Left Half / Right Half).
