How to put TabStack tabs on the side or bottom

Steps

Open Settings → Window Modes → Appearance and find Tab Bar.

Choose Top, Bottom, Left, or Right. The choice applies to every TabStack pane.

On the left or right, choose Icon and title rows with a Tab bar width, or Icons only for a compact rail. Rows scroll when a pane has more tabs than fit.
