How to join windows as tabs

Steps

Turn TabStack on, then drag a window to the center of a pane.

On an occupied pane, release on Join as Tab. On an empty pane, the overlay says Move Here.

Dragging a tab-bar background to another pane’s center joins as Join Pane as Tabs.
