How to set TabStack default layout and entry

Steps

Open Settings → Window Modes → Modes & Behavior.

Under Default layout, click Choose Layout... and pick the preset new TabStack sessions should use.

Turn on Use default layout automatically to skip the chooser. The menu then says TabStack instead of TabStack….

Turn the toggle off if you want the layout chooser every time you enter TabStack.
