Method
Pane menu

Turn TabStack on, then open pane ⋯ and choose Zoom Pane.

The same control becomes Restore Panes while zoomed.
Method
Snap Wheel

Use the Snap Wheel outer-ring top slot — it is labeled Zoom Pane in TabStack, not Full.
Switching tabs in the same pane stays zoomed. Focusing a tab in another pane restores first.
