How to reflow panes as a grid

Menu bar

Choose Reflow as Grid from the menu bar.

Open Snap Wheel → More Actions → Reflow as Grid.

Press Cmd+Opt+G.
That rebuilds the pane tree as a grid. Even Out Panes only redistributes space.
