How to save the current layout as a preset
Steps

With TabStack on, open Snap Wheel → More Actions → Save (the panel title is Save Layout).

Pick an existing preset to overwrite, or Save New Layout and name it.

Save Layout is not in the menu bar. Assign a shortcut in Settings → Shortcuts if you want one — there is no default.
